BRITISH WATERBOTTLE IN 1918 DATED LEATHER CRADLE

WW2 British Green enamel water bottle
With felt cover and cork / stopper
Contained in a leather skeleton cradle and shoulder strap
The only markings are a G (Broad arrow) on the cradle front
And a makers stamp and date of 1918 on the strap
I not been able to photograph it , its not too clear to the eye
AND right on the looped section going through the D ring
There may be additional markings on the inner cradle,
But the bottles well in and won't budge much
I don't want to risk damaging the leather by pulling it out
Possibly Home Guard or early war Army issue
Nice item in good collectable condition
