BOXED WW2 DUTCH MEMORIAL CANDLE HOLDER

Very unusual boxed white metal candle holder
Bearing the badge of the Dutch organisation
Stichting 1940-44
The official foundation that provides services to-
“Members of the Resistance,victims of persecution ,
And Civilian war victims from the years 1940-1944”
Approximately 1.5” tall x 2.5” across
I’ve not seen one before and guess it’s pretty unusual
It has a makers mark to the bottom, SOLA
My guess would be made in the 1970’s .???
But I’m open to suggestions.
Nice looking item wouldn’t look out of place in any collection
