TRENCH ART LIGHTER (MADE FROM SMLE OILER)

Very unusual Trench Art lighter
Made using a SMLE oil bottle
Appears complete with a moving top cover
Wheel still freely turns
I’d have thought put a flint in it and it should work.
Nice example for any collection.
