COLDSTREAM GUARDS OFFICERS WIFE’S BELT BUCKLE

Unusual 2 piece Gilt and white metal “Dress Buckle”
Similar in design to a traditional filigree nurses buckle
But fitted with two Coldstream Guards badges
(One on each half )
I believe these were worn by “Officers Ladies”
On a Gold Brocade belt
At Regimental dinners, functions etc
Whilst the Officers were in full dress uniform
Not something that turns up very often
A nice addition to any Coldstream Guards collection
