Set of three Romanian Secret Police Decorations
Gold,Silver and Bronze grade pin back awards
Awarded from 1968-1989 (Ceausescu period)
To Officers and senior members of the Securitate
Romanian Communist State Security Service
All three awards are oval in shape
Approximately 6cm x 5cm in size
Decorated with sunburst and white stones
With a central enamelled coat of arms.
These are unusual awards
Not often seen and obviously no longer produced.
I’m pricing these fairly at £300 for the set.
I’ve seen the Bronze & Silver grades
Listed for more and not found a Gold one for sale.
Collectable grouping only going to increase in value.
