Large Red Enamelled flag /banner with CCCP in gold
Flying over a cog wheel ,
Inset with depiction of a hydro electric dam,
Lower portion decorated with blue enamel “water”
With large central Hammer and Sickle
All surround by a gilt oak leaf wreath
Bottom of the cog wheel
Decorated with gilt ears of corn and Red Enamel Star
Slightly dish backed variant with three rivets,
Mint marks and engraved issue number
Complete with correct ribbon and mounting plate
(Ribbon slightly grubby but original)
