Unusual Golden Yellow & Green Silk Rosette
(Yellow body , with Green central decoration)
Approx 3” high & 2.5” across
With a single trailing Yellow ribbon approx 1” long
With Green silk centre & White metal POW feathers
Looking at the construction of the item
It’s been together for a very long time.
The POW feathers being sown to the rosette
No other fixings are present or appear to be missing.
I’ve drawn a blank on what this is,
It could be a slouch hat badge or just Victorian decor
Honestly don’t know.
