Awarded to soldiers serving since 1848,
Recognising participation in previous campaigns 1848–49 (Italy/Hungary), 1859, 1864, 1866, 1878, 1882, as well as the 1900–01 Boxer Rebellion.

Slight discolouration to a small part of one edge
Otherwise a very good clean and collectible medal.
