No.4 MKII (*)? SPIKE BAYONET BAIRD ENGINEERING BELFAST

WW2 British Spike Bayonet and scabbard.
Fair / Honest used condition,
With some traces of yellow paint on the socket.
In the “Right Light” you can see faintly struck marks,
Of Baird Engineering Co. Belfast
BEC N69 with Broad arrow & inspection stamps.
A small manufacturer that produced 75,000 pieces
Between 1942 -1944
The same amount as the much vaulted Mk1 spike .
The spike is pinned rather than welded in place .
Complete in its Mk 1 marched Scabbard .
Good collectible bayonet .
