On a Broad Arrow marked & dated leather fob & clip
A somewhat worn ARP whistle
(As in the plating has worn to the brass in places)
On a brass spring clip & leather strap
Leather with a Broad Arrow stamp one side
Other marked “B L L C “ - “194?”
Strap has surface cracking / crazing general wear.
Could be dated 1941 or 1947
B.L.L.C is a tad unclear but there’s something there.
Surface cracking goes through the date & maker
Never the less a nice whistle and strap
That have definitely “Been there “
