S294 marked 1907’s were an Admiralty contract
Not for the SMLE but for the Lanchester SMG
87,600 were ordered from Wilkinson Sword
Unusual to have a 1944 dated blade,
Most encountered are dated 1943 .
Bayonet & Scabbard are in good honest condition
