WW2 RUSSIAN (1941 Dated) TANKERS HELMET

1941 Dated Russian padded tankers helmet.
Khaki cotton helmet with padded front “Bumper”
Padded ear flaps with a Cyrillic stamp.
That includes the place of manufacture and date
(Moscow 1941)
Complete with squared early type zinc buckles
And all its straps.
Button on the rear neck flap may have been replaced
A Gilt metal button is fitted
Rather than a wooden or plastic one as normally used.
Soft grey felt lining -Without any cuts for wiring
An cracking example of a classic wartime tank helmet
About as good as you’re going to get.
Some minor staining to the front bumper as per photo
An excellent addition to any helmet collection.
Difficult to find in any condition
This one’s almost impossible to upgrade
